四、主要性能與技術特征
1、整機采用PLC控制，機、電一體化設計，自動化程度高。
2、張力棍采用高硬度的橡膠輥，橡膠硬度80°邵氏；氣動阻尼控制張力，張力可調節。
3、織軸卷繞采用變頻主軸電機，傳動由矢量變頻器驅動，PLC控制，達到織軸恒線速卷繞，以保證片紗張力恒定。
4、氣動式壓輥加壓方式，壓輥的壓力可調，加壓寬度也自動調節。
5、氣動式上落軸功能。
